Onboarding Guide

Thank you for partnering with SOARR Services

We've created a a step-by-step guide to assist you with granting OTA Extranet Access to our team.

User Details: 
Name: Michael Ferrer
Email: admin2@soarrservices.com

Step 1:
Expedia Partner Central

1. Log in to Expedia Partner Central
2. Select the hotel.
3. On the left side bar click on the tab “Administration” then “Users”.

4. Click the invite user on the right side next to the filters button.

For user details, please use:
First Name- Michael
Last Name- Ferrer
Email- admin2@soarrservices.com

*** For role, please select "Property User"

Step 2:
Booking.com Partner Hub

1. Log into Booking.com’s extranet
2. Select the correct hotel.
3. Click the account icon in the top right then "Create and Manage Users".

4. Click the invite a new user button on the right side.

For user details, please use:
Name- Michael Ferrer
Email- admin2@soarrservices.com


6. Click the next step button.
7. Then click the invite user button.

Step 3:
YCS Agoda Extranet

1. Log into YCS Agoda’s Extranet.
2. Click “Need Help?”
3. Choose “Partner Support Center” or call 929.270.4046.

In the Support Center, select “Extranet Account Settings.

”Click “I want to change who can access the extranet."

Request to add Michael Ferrer (admin2@soarrservices.com) as an admin user.
